1. Card reading --- not placed in the correct sensing area
2. Write cards - IC cards should be copied with UID, CUID, FUID, and UFUID cards, and ID cards should be copied with 5200, 8210, 8268, and T5577 cards.
3. The software has not been upgraded - before operation, please click the online upgrade on the software. If you upgrade to the latest version, this problem will not occur.
4. If the problem is not solved by using the above steps, please replace the computer slot or replace the data cable connection.
